Really great stay on holidays. Small hotel in a stunning area just next door to Siam park and loro parque and the Vulcano for New Year for the second time. Courteous, welcoming people working here. Quiet and bright room with view of the poolside from the window. Great location, not very far from St Johns Market. Indoor restaurant with excellent cuisine.

Had a really nice stay for 14 nights. Our breakfast was warm and with tapas & cakes, the staff was amiable. The pool area was well-maintained and the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, next to main areas and the beach, shops and bars. Plus, the hotel was situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cavern Club.

It was spotless, the staff was expert, plus the service was very good. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and complete with cakes, continental to porridge and yogurts. The hotel was in a lovely location, close to everything. Besides, we were not far from the greenery and the impressive reception area, beach and lots of lovely bars and restaurants and the fountains.
The staff - some of them were a bit slow.

It has a good location short walk to the restaurant whose service and friendliness is exceptional, and bars, shops, and beach, nice pools, good breakfast 6-30 until 10am. Thanks a lot guys for a very enjoyable stay in February. Efficient staff and perfect and lovely location make it a great choice! You will be about a 10-minute drive from Playa de las Vistas. The Michelin-starred restaurant is good, it has excellent dishes. We would stay here again, the venue met expectation.

We went to The Four Seasons, located quite a walk from the venue, to have some dinner.

The hotel was hip new, spent my time lovely here. Overall it was brand-new with free teas & coffees. All the staffs were hard-working and top-class. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from Las Americas Beach. There was a large restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. Loved my stay.

This was a very enjoyable stay in February. The location in a very pleasant area was lovely and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. Found Restaurante Mamma Mia 5 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there. I greatly enjoyed the stay from check-in to informal bar with carbonated drinks.
